Jamie Smith holds a bachelor of science degree in nutrition from Georgia Southern University’s College of Health and Professional Studies. As a coach, she helps participants improve their health through individualized motivational coaching. She has worked as a nutrition and weight loss consultant for over 15 years, but she can help with any aspect of lifestyle management. Jamie was among the first group of coaches to receive the NBC-HWC credential from the National Board or Health & Wellness Coaching. In addition to coaching, Jamie is a frequent presenter for INTERVENT educational webinars.

Annelee Gallegos, one of our Spanish-speaking coaches, has a bachelor of science degree in health science from California State University. She has worked in community health education for over 10 years – serving populations from children to seniors. Annelee has significant experience working with INTERVENT participants in comprehensive telephonic health coaching programs. She gives participants her full attention and makes them feel really special.

Komel Craig holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She also is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). Komel has worked in numerous health care environments with various populations. She has more than 15 years of experiences helping people with diabetes live successfully with their condition. As a health coach, her goal is to connect with participants on a personal level and assist them in achieve health and lifestyle goals that are important to them.
