One of our smaller clients is a 150-bed health and rehabilitation facility with about 200 employees. It was recently recognized by TIS Insurance Services and Amerisure Insurance for continuous improvement in reducing worker’s compensation claims. A large, international client in the chemical industry contracted with us to develop a coordinated training/education package as part of its fatigue risk management initiative for shift workers. The package included a two-day train-the-trainer workshop that prepared site trainers to deliver fatigue management and sleep hygiene content. To help reinforce and expand on the initial training, INTERVENT developed a series of well-coordinated communication resources, including posters, short-topic presentations and newsletters.
